Sales Terms and conditions - Chahut Bahut


1. Object
The General Conditions of Business (AGB) are intended to define the selling and delivery conditions of the products offered for sale on the Internet site accessible at the address http://www.chahutbahut.fr and operated under regime of "autoentrepreneur"  by Coralie Dourlens (hereinafter society Chahut Bahut) - 6 bis rue Gabriel Peri- 92300 Levallois Perret - SIRET N ° 800 266 892 00010.
The general conditions of sales and delivery detailed below are those mentioned online on the website www.chahutbahut.fr. They are applicable at the time of order by the customer, except with prior written agreement. Before the final confirmation of all orders, the customer must be aware of these terms of sales and delivery and accept them.
Placing an order on the site www.chahutbahut.fr implies full acceptance of the conditions of sales and delivery by the Customer.
Chahut Bahut reserves the right to modify at any time these terms and conditions.

2. Products
The company Chahut Bahut offers online sales of decorative objects and antique furniture.
The Chahut Bahut company strives to provide the best products for sale on the website via, for each product, a fact sheet including a detailed description of the product, its basic physical characteristics and a number of photographs. In case the customer would need additional information or clarification on the product, he is invited to make contact with the Seller (see contact information in the Contact section).
However, it is possible that the perception of the product does not fully corresponds to the product(s). The listings of the products have no contractual value.
Moreover, because of their age, the products, even after renovation, still show signs of wear. They are also likely not to meet the standards in France and in the European Community at the time of purchase.

3. Prices
All prices for Products for sale on the site are expressed in euros. Packaging and shipping charges are billed in addition, the amount will be shown once the item is added to your cart.

4. Order
The Customer can place an order with the company via the Chahut Bahut website www.chahutbahut.fr.

5. Payment
Orders are payable in euros.

The customer guarantees the company Chahut Bahut that he has all authority needed to use the method of payment by card when the order is taken.
For its part, the company Chahut Bahut implements all necessary means to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data transmitted online.
Payment by check
For payment by check, the Client must click the button "check" in step "Payment". He must then proceed to send by post within 5 days of confirmation of the order. After this time and in the absence of receipt of payment, the company Chahut Bahut reserves the right to cancel the order.
The amount of the check must match the amount specified in the order confirmation email. The check should be made payable to Coralie Dourlens and sent to the address specified in the order confirmation email.
The cashing of the check is made on receipt thereof unless previously agreed otherwise between the Client and the company Chahut Bahut.
Cash payment
For the cash payment, the Customer will provide cash settlement upon removal of the goods at the premises of the company Chahut Bahut (see details in the "Contact" section of the Website). The amount to be paid in cash must match that shown in the order confirmation email.

6. Delivery
For the inhabitants of Ile de France
The company premises are located Chahut Bahut in Clichy-la-Garenne (Hauts de Seine), Customer may, to avoid delivery charges, come and collect the goods ordered directly in the premises. The ordered products must be removed within eight days from the date of purchase.
Delivery Rates
The prices of products listed on the site do not include packaging and shipping costs. These are specified once the item added to cart. Prices and delivery times indicated on the Site are those for mainland France. For all other locations, the Customer is invited to contact the company Chahut Bahut.
The company uses different Chahut Bahut shipping methods depending on the nature of the products (dimensions and weight) and the place of delivery requested (Paris region, Province, Aborad). See terms of delivery in the "Delivery" section of the Website.
Delivery costs always include insurance of the package against loss or damage caused to the goods carried.
Delivery time
The products are packaged and shipped between 2 and 10 days of receipt of the settlement. For shipments in France, delivery times vary between 1 and 3 days. For shipments abroad, delivery times vary between 2 days and 2 weeks depending on the destination. The company Chahut Bahut can not be held responsible for the consequences of any delay in delivery of products ordered.
In case the customer is absent upon delivery, and / or he would not proceed to the withdrawal of the products on time by the Carrier or by post, the products will be returned to society Chahut Bahut . The company Chahut Bahut then would proceed to refund the Customer, net of delivery costs, and return.
Place of delivery
The products are delivered to the shipping address provided by the Customer during the order process. The Client guarantees the accuracy of the information provided during the order process. It must also ensure the accessibility of the place where  products are delivered.

Deliveries are made in the lobby of your building or on the ground floor of your home, routing upstairs must be arranged by you. When we carry ourselves delivery (in Paris and the Paris are), we can possibly help you deliver the furniture on your floor.
In the case of errors in the information provided by the Customer or inaccessibility of places to  product, any costs of return of the order will be, in this case, to the Customer.
Receipt of order
It is essential to check the status of the package and the products before the delivery and before signing the delivery note. If you find any problems (Product missing or corrupted), you must immediately notify in writing with a reservation on the bill of delivery or on the small device (do not check in this case "received in good condition"). You can also refuse the package. We will not accept subsequent complaint related to the state of the packages or products in case you have attested by a reception in good condition.
Any complaints should be addressed to the company Chahut Hutch within 2 business days after delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal
Withdrawal period
The Client has a legal deadline of 7 days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the product (s). The Client has no need to justify the withdrawal, except furniture that was made to order and customized in finishes chosen by the customer.
Conditions of withdrawal
All returns must be previously reported by the Customer to the company Chahut Bahut by sending an email (contact@chahutbahut.fr). The company Chahut Bahut then communicate to the Client of the product forwarding address.
The products must be returned in their original packaging. They must be perfectly intact and without trace of use otherwise no refund will be possible. The order form or copy of the invoice must be attached to products returned.
The return will be made against signature or by carrier for bulky items and / or fragile. The return is at the sole responsibility of the customer and any risks associated with the return of the products (breakage, theft, etc ...) will be borne by the customer.
Refund
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the company Chahut Bahut is required to reimburse the Client without delay and at the latest within 30 days following the date on which this right was exercised.

8. Personal data
The Customer has, in accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, a right of access to data concerning him and the right to modify, change or delete them.
Personal data relating to the Customer is intended only for exclusive use of the Seller and shall in no case be disclosed to third parties.

9. Intellectual property
All texts, comments, photos and images present on the www.chahutbahut.fr site are the exclusive property of Chahut Bahut. As such, only the use for private use is authorized, copying and unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Jurisdiction
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
Otherwise, any legal action will be brought before the competent courts of France.
